Hemodialysis is the only treatment performed at our clinics. (Peritoneal dialysis must be performed at home.)

In-center treatment may be the best choice for you IF:

• There’s no one at home to help.
• You don’t want to be dialyzed every day.
• You are uncomfortable with or unable to perform your own treatment.
• You prefer to be closely monitored by dialysis professionals.
• You don’t want to have medical supplies and equipment in your home.

Patients who choose in-center dialysis come to the clinic three times a week on alternating days – either Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. The average treatment time lasts for four hours. While here, you can meet with your physician or physician assistant and interact with nurses, technicians and other professionals. To pass the time, you can read, watch TV, listen to music or use a computer. (Free Wi-Fi is provided.)
